IN SUMMARY: Please bring only absolute essentials to your session if possible. Thank you!
Hand sanitiser is available for your use in the treatment room. The hand sanitiser used is hospital grade (70% alcohol).
You will be asked to wear a face mask or suitable face covering during your appointment, unless it causes stress, anxiety or respiratory difficulty.
When lying face down on the massage table you may remove the face mask or face covering, as provision has been made for a sanitary face cradle covering. This arrangement can be changed if it does not suit your needs.
If needed for special circumstances, the therapist may use vinyl gloves during treatment. Vinyl gloves are allergen-safe and latex-free.
Tissues are provided for your personal needs, especially when following good respiratory etiquette for coughing or sneezing.
A small lined bin is also provided for your discarded tissues or other small waste, which is changed out between clients.
For your clothing and accessories a plastic tub is provided, so that you may leave everything in one tidy place.
Between clients, the massage table is fully stripped and all linens are replaced with fresh linens, with the used linens placed in a secure sealed laundry bag. Laundry is always done the same evening.
Between clients all high touch surfaces and common areas of the treatment room are cleaned and disinfected.
The room is also well ventilated between clients by opening the window and door.
